Litigation Funding

We are priortising legal claims on a country-by-country basis based on the number of claimants in each country, the aggregate losses of such claimants, the anticipated legal costs in each country, and the favorability of the applicable securities, consumer protection and class action laws in each such country.

As a result, we are actively seeking funding on a country-by-country basis in order to move claims forward and seek justice for investors as quickly as possible.  If you are interested in providing partial or full funding for one or more countries then please contact us at contact@binancecompensation.com.  Within the constraints of any applicable laws, we are open to having claimants themselves share in any litigation funding opportunities and are also investigating the possibility of launching an anti-Binance crypto coin to allow anyone to participate in bringing Binance to justice through litigation funding.

Substantial legal work and expert witness analysis has already been completed to date.  The underlying synergies between claims in different countries help keep litigation costs down since the scope of the engagement with local plaintiff counsel is limited to court appearances and advising on specific local laws.

For each set of national claims, we are able to leverage existing legal documents and expert witness analyses which have already been completed.  We are therefore able to offer a favorable return to any party that desires to provide litigation funding in one more jurisdictions.
